The Maxi Chalet wooden house

The idea

This is not the classic wooden house, the front veranda and the various options (inlcuding the lock with handle and the windows with shutter) make it aesthetically a small mountain chalet.
We have created this house with the panels system in order to make the assembly easy (you only need to know how to use the screwdriver and have a minimum of practicality with the DIY). Everything arrives at its destinations already pre-assembled.

You will find all the hardware and screws in the package to carry out the assembly.
We deliver throughout Europe.

HOUSES NOT INTENDED FOR HOME USE

Installation

You need a level concrete surface to install a maxi chalet house.
The concrete platform must have about 20 cm more per side than the size of the house, especially for the version without floor, so that the anchors are not fixed flush with the base.

The house has been totally impregnated before the assembly
It is positioned correctly on a level concrete base
The floor and roof panels have been installed correctly and the worker is starting to install and fix the roof (always in panels)
The veranda has been installed on the right (it is only necessary to comunicate after placing the order. Request - no surcharge will be applied.)

Maxi Chalet House (standard version)

The standard version is always composed of:

Side walls (pre-assembled in panels)
Roof with matchboards (pre-assembled in panels)
Honeycomb door with handle and lock
2 windows with shutter (81x81 cm)

The wood and the treatment to be carried out on the house

The wood used to make this type of house is Austrian natural fir with 20 mm matchboards + 32x32 mm frame.
Before the assembly, you need to treat all panels with waxed water-based primer and the lower part of the wooden floor with the liquid membrane to protect it from damp and water.
(Primer and liquid membrane can be purchased with a surcharge)

Available accessories

FLOOR: The standard house is supplied with 3x5 cm strips to be fixed on the concrete floor. It is ideal, if you want to tile for example. If you like the wooden floor, you will find the surcharge in the available options.

COVER: Red or green slate and Canadian tiles are always available, which make the maxi chalet house very modern without weighing down the load of the roof.

WINDOW: you will have 2 windows, 1 double front with shutter and 1 classic included in the price of the maxi chalet house. The windows can be moved during the assembly in different areas of the house. It is also possible with a surcharge to have a classic window with shutter.

MINIMUM HEIGHT OF THE HOUSE: The minimum height of the house is 190 cm. It is possible to have the minimum height to 214 cm with a surcharge. N.B. The central maximum height will obviously increase of 24 cm.

GATE WITH RAILING: if you want, the gate with relative railing to have more privacy is available as option.

INSIDE DIVISIONS: The standard version has the classic UNIQUE ROOM or it is possible to divide it into 1 or 2 room.

GUTTERS: We can add a very easy to install gutter kit for all 2 sides of the house, with a surcharge. They decorate the house ad protect the sides of the houses from the weather.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

As manufacturers, we can customize the house (starting from the standard size of the product) with many accessories (for example):

ADDITIONAL DOORS and WINDOWS
AIR INTAKE INSERTION
REMOVAL or REPOSITIONING OF THE VERANDA
INSERTION OF SIDE CANOPIES

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE HOWEVER

Customized sizes
Wood thicknesses different form those indicated
There is no type of electrical system
We do not carry out assembly service (but we give assistance via email/phone/WhatsApp for any doubt or problem)
Insulate it (IN THE PICTURE: you can add autonomously, for example, 3 cm extruded polyurethane in the 3 cm frame and then complete with another layer of matchboards or with plasterboard).
